Who is eligible to use this service: Active duty servicemembers, retirees and their dependents, as well as Reservists and civilians preparing for deployments.
Attorney consultations are from 0800 to 1500 by appointment only.
Notary Services for home closing documents require appointments. Please call 703-805-2856 to schedule.
Notary/Power of Attorney Services are from 0900-1500, Monday through Thursday; and from 0900-1400 on Fridays (no appointment needed).
