The MPF at Langley AFB (JBLE) is the focal point for Air Force Personnel matters! Located in the 633rd Mission Support Group Building at 45 Nealy Ave (Building 15), they can assist active duty members, their dependents, Guard/Reserve members, retirees, and DOD Civilians with a variety of services including CAC cards, passports, and more. Appointments between 0715 and 1515 are for any Customer Service needs. An appointment can contain one CAC and one dependent ID or two dependent IDs max. Additional needs will require additional appointments.
Appointments from 1610 to 1830 are for obtaining new CACs only. One CAC request per appointment block only.
