Preoperative Assessment Center (PAC) (Balboa)

Typical PAC visits at Naval Hospital Balboa include a check in process, an interview with a Health Technician to review medications and collect laboratory studies and perform EKGs (if required) as well as an interview with an Anesthesia provider if needed. Visit times will vary depending on your health history and anesthesia needs as well as on the daily patient load. Mondays typically have the highest patient volume, so higher than usual wait times can be expected.
