BAD experience. I was in a time crunch & couldn't get to the salon I usually go to.I stopped at the BX salon, showed them a picture, asked if the person was comfortable with the cut, & she said yes. My hair is NOT AT ALL like the cute longer pixie I showed. She chopped so much off & in such big chunks that I was in shock. She kept trying to fix it but continued to make it worse. The sides are completely uneven and it looks terrible. Take your business to someone reputable and highly recommended.
