KerriPrompt for Flight Medicine doesn't work. After holding over 10 minutes (and I was #1 in the phone queue), I got manually transferred to Flight Medicine. They weren't answering, so they transferred me to PRP, which is the next window over. As soon as I told Amber in PRP that I needed to speak to someone in Flight Medicine, she hung up on me. "All of our patients are important to us." Yeah. Should I just skip this and go straight to urgent care?

Since your opinion must be reviewed apparently their not trying to find out what real issues there are or what patients really think or feel about the lack of service. No phone numbers to actually contact someone like SQ Commander even patient advocate is on cell phone that no one answered. Fine shining example of our health care for military soldiers and their families.

Everytime I call here, the woman who answers isn't kind at all. And where do I go if I need to see a doctor soon? I need one today or soon but the closest the have is a month away. This is not okay. I would like some feedback. Thank you.

jedFriday, 20 Jan 2017, ~11 AM // Dialed 318-456-6555, rings once, stops ringing nothing happens. Tried Fire Dept, not co-located with the clinic and could not provide any other clinic numbers. Daughter has Strep, asked me to pull her out of school due to upper chest pain. Now facing the weekend with no way to get her an appointment...is there an alternate way to get an appointment? Am interested in ANY feedback I might receive as to what action I should take. Will monitor this post. Thanks.
