The Family Advocacy Program at Camp Pendleton offers screenings & referrals. Walk-in screenings and referrals for mental health related programs and services provided by licensed counselors available to all active duty personnel and family members.

Counseling
Counseling is available to individuals and couples with priority given to active duty personnel. Referrals can be provided to the TriCare system, Military OneSource, and additional on/off base resources as needed.

Family Advocacy Program (FAP)
Family Violence/Abuse can be destructive to the family and can affect unit readiness. Families are encouraged to seek help at the earliest signs of abuse and violence.

Victim Advocacy
Victim advocates are available to offer support services to victims of domestic abuse. They advocate for victim’s rights and needs, while informing them of reporting options, assisting them with staying safe, serving as a liaison between the victim and Command, and offering continued support. Victim assistance is also available through the law enforcement, medical and legal process.
