The 355th Medical Clinic at Davis Monthan AFB is located on S Alamo Ave in Bldg 400.

After Hours Care
When the Davis-Monthan Clinic closes for the day, there will always be an on-call medical or dental provider who can be reached by calling the appointment line at (520) 228-APPT (2778). Your call will be connected to our Nurse Triage Night Service when choosing Option #1. The nurse will give you home care instructions and let you know when you need to see a provider based on your symptoms. If you are told to be seen in 24 hours or less you will be asked which Tricare approved Urgent Care Facility you will utilize.
