The Civilian Personnel Flight (CPF) at Davis-Monthan AFB is a human resource entity that handles all recruitment and advisory services for a diversified civilian workforce comprised of Appropriated Fund (APF) and Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) employees assigned throughout Davis-Monthan AFB.

They work in strategic partnership and collaboration with military and civilian managers, supervisors, and individual employees, to provide programs and services to a diversified workforce. The goal is to create and foster a healthy, safe, and productive work environment in support of the Air Force’s mission here at Davis-Monthan.
