   Staff appearance was not professional. One staff member was dressed in street clothes with ball cap tilted sideways. This is a finical institute and team members should dress the part. As for proficiency, travel vouchers have taken up to 2 1/2 weeks to get processed well beyond the 5 day AFI governed timeframe. This cause AF members pay and travel pay to be delayed to the point delinquencies have occurred on GTC cards and airmen have been put in short term financial hardships.
