My call was answered in a timely manner. She is outstanding. She sent me an email of what I ask for. Had to call back a second time just to ask additionally questions left message was call back the next day.

Despite want some of these folks are saying, not sure if they are fake post but most folks feel the same way and that is, it's very seldom anyone answers the phones right away. If you a lucky enough to have your call answered, you feel rushed with answers as if you are bothering them. You are always sent to voicemail and good luck with anyone returning your phone call. Especially the ITT office. Extremely frustration doing business with Dobbins.

Left msg and got quick response. Rep was helpful and very understanding when I asked her if I could call back since I didn't have card on me. E-mailed me when tix had been sent and sent tracking info too.

The phone was answered cheerfully after just the 2nd call and the lady whom I spoke with was very informative and personable. She did not become irritated after asking her to repeat herself when quoting prices and she even took the time to explain that they are out of the office from 12p.m. til 1p.m. so that I would not waste my time, energy and/or gas calling or visiting the office at those times.

They never answer the telephone! I've called 6-8 times a day for 3 straight days and it goes to voice mail....left messages for a call back and no return call.
