  1. Made an 0800 appointment for this morning. Service was great, they even laminated my Medicare card. Was back in my car heading home at 0817 with a new ID card!

  2. Sad state of affairs at the Fort Belvoir ID/DEERs office! Leadership at the highest level needs to get involved! System always seems to be down, no explainatiin or compassion that people are wasting their time for hours waiting and hoping for service! What gives!??

  3. The slowest lacksidasal facility we have been to throughout our 20+ years of military service. This place needs someone to shake up the operation. The staff has no hustle or sense of customer service. After waiting we were told for the second day the system is shutting down.

  4. They don't give appointments priority over walk ins. I get that active duty go first. I respect that. But those of us dependants who plan ahead and schedule our appointment weeks in advance should get priority over dependant walk ins
