The Defense Military Pay Office (DMPO) at Fort Bliss assists personnel with many financial issues including; reserve pay, in/out processing, travel pay, separations, debt management, special actions, bonus, etc. In and Out Processing is conducted in Bldg 505 Pershing Rd on West Fort Bliss.

avNo upcoming pay dates on my LES. They "validated me" but still have not gotten paid. Cannot get ahold of anyone. They did not accept the signed 5960 I brought with me because the "x" indicating on the form were "X" not "x"...seriously? My unit signed off on it, its in iPerms.

Worse DMPO ever. I was a 36B for over 10 years and I remember how important answering the phone was, as well as following up CMS cases. 5 months have passed since I submitted my 1506 packet and it hasn’t yet been resolved. In the meantime, I’m being underpaid over $1,200 a month causing me a financial hardship, but who cares, right?

This is the worst service I have ever seen from a DMPO. I am calling IG next to insure that the command knows how poorly and ineffectively their DMPO is working. No answer for every published number. The reason I am calling is to fix a problem they caused when they incorrectly entered my BAH status. I am very disappointed.
