The philosophy and mission of the Department of Substance Abuse Services (DSAS) is to provide excellent, safe and effective patient care through the delivery of various treatment interventions and services. Services offered include screening/intake, evaluation/assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, consultation services, psychopharmacological management, referral services, and community outreach.
