Denny's (The Den) at Fort Hood is located in the Clear Creek Main Exchange Food Court.
The menu is breakfast all-day, plus sandwiches, burritos, salads – all made the way we eat today. Saucy, spicy, slightly unruly, proudly old-schooley. (Hand mixed shakes, anyone?) This is “The Den”. The next milestone in American dining from the people who invented American dining.

shinksonI have only eaten there a couple times, but each time has been terrible. This time my sandwich (new brioche melt) was burnt and smashed thin. Had 2 tiny pieces of over crispy pieces of chicken tenders and one tiny piece of bacon and a little bit of honey mustard sauce. I ordered it as take out so I didn't see it until I made it home. I would have returned it immediately had it been for in house service. Terrible...
