EbertjohnCalled to cancelled our reservation at the Candlewood Suites and was given a confirmation number. I Asked for an email confirmation and was told that could not do this because the reservation would “crash”. I explained that I received an email cancellation from the Air Force Inn at Davis-Monthan AFB for the previous week. She contacted her supervisor and they would try and send to me. I just received my cancellation email from IHG Army Hotels. Thanks for your perseverance.
