The ID Card Section at Fort Jackson can assist with all DEERS/ID Card needs. The Office operates by appointments, with limited walk-in slots. Appointments are recommended to be scheduled no more than 30 days prior to expiration of ID. Visit the RAPIDS link included on this page to schedule and appointment.
Customers 18 years and older must present two forms of ID to obtain a ID card and one form must be a valid state or federal government-issued picture ID. Customers under the age of 18 must present one form of ID.
