DenickquaCheck-in is at 4 PM no matter how far you driven. I switched my reservations to another hotel on base so I can check n sooner. I enjoyed the suite set up. The shower knob was hanging out the wall no hot water to bath. I called at 10 AM& 6 PM no one came. I seen a bed bug crawling up wall. called desk they told me "they will send someone" (hard to believe because I was still waiting. Great staff and accommodations other than that. So if you like bedbugs and no showers this is the place for you.
