12th Brick Grille

Located in the old USDB, the “12th Brick” refers back to inmate-produced bricks used to build “the castle” of the prison. Every 12th brick made was stamped with USMP (United States Military Prison). This new bar and grille is a beautifully renovated space offering guests a relaxed atmosphere, complimentary WiFi, a private room available for reservation, several flat screened televisions for entertainment or presentations, and freshly popped popcorn while you wait! The menu offers sandwiches, grilled paninis, wraps, soups and salads and after hour beverages - all with names inspired by the theme of our historic location!
