   You can still log into the appointment scheduler without risk to your computer. Even though appointments were booked out beyond two weeks in advance, the ID section did take my phone call and took me (a retiree) and my dependent daughter on a walk in basis and were very helpful. Mr. Middleton was very professional and fast as well.

   Appointment web sites (and there are apparently two) do not work. They are tagged as possibly unsafe sites by three different browsers. One phone number only has a recorded message. On one other phone, I was able to get a live person and, after a long wait, was able to make an appointment, but in the relatively distant future, which is offputting for several reasons, but particularly since the process used to be a simple walk-in procedure.
