   I recently had a prescription insert made for my safety glasses before I deployed. I was told that my inserts would be done in a week but that wasn't the case, now I don't have a critical piece of gear that I need to do my job down range. Good customer service but unreliable delivery.

   This review is for the optometry clinic. I had a great experience, to include the front desk and technician, who were above and beyond friendly....was seen the same day.

   Normally great customer services. .but recently a mistake was made on my prescription and manager don't seem to take matter seriously. We probably won't be doing business with this location. It's convenient of doctors visit is next door. Prescription was correct except incorrectly made.
