Fitness Center

The Physical Fitness Center at Fort Shafter is your answer for staying in shape before work, during work, after work and all the hours in between! The Center features a newly renovated cardio room well-stocked with brand-new LifeFitness, Precor and Concept cardio equipment. The room now has air conditioning and the cardio theatre personal entertainment system. The Center also has a separate weight room stocked with brand-new Nautilus and Hammer Strength equipment.
