Operation Enduring Friendship

The Communities of Grand Forks & East Grand Forks have partnered with UND & North Valley Arts Council to create Operation Enduring Friendship.

Through OEF, military personnel and their families receive free or discounted tickets to area sporting events, theater productions and music concerts. For more info, visit the ticket outlet at the Community Center.
