Gunter will be open until 8 p.m. on 1st & 3rd Friday
Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Federal holidays.
The Maxwell and Gunter Youth Centers' programs offer activities for youth ages 5 to 18. Children under 9 years of age must be participating in an organized activity or accompanied by an adult. Youth can participate in fall and spring soccer, basketball, T-ball and swimming. The centers also provide well-rounded instructional and social programs with activities. Christmas, spring break and summer day camps are also available at both facilities.
The Gunter Youth Center offers classes in Karate, dance and fine arts. The center has a half-court gymnasium, game room, television area, snack bar, outback area and study area. The School Age Program is located in the School Age Center across the street from the Youth Center.
