The Luke AFB Pass and ID Card Section can assist with ID card, CAC, DEERS and all other RAPIDS services. Due to a very high volume of customers walk-ins should expect a 2-3 hour wait time.
Use the RAPIDS Appointment Scheduler link to make an appointment online and avoid the long wait.

Having a hard time trying to schedule an appointment with pass and id. The link is not working. It says that this site is insecure. Thanks for your help with this matter.
