AMIUsually I have no problem. However, with getting annual recertification referrals updated it has become a nightmare lately. I have tried for a month to get my neurologist renewed. One message per protocol, a visit to referral desk, a second message all now with apologies. Another doctor ordered a test and found out I have seizures so yet another message sent. The response sorry for your inconvenience all messages have been referred to your nurse. There is no way to get in touch with a person.

It takes months to get an appointment with your assigned PCM, a annual referral for an outside doctor gets missed and it takes several messages, emails, and calls to get them to update a referral for a special that you will see for the rest of your life, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and shows lack of care for patients, pathetic, RUN FROM MTF, if you have the option.

This clinic was closed at 3:30 on a Thursday. No private medical provider would be closed at 3:30 on a Thursday, but the military doesn't really care because there is no profit to be made. so the service members tend to suffer.
