Family Information Call Center (FICC)

The MCAS Miramar Family Information Call Center provides Crisis Assistance for families of service members during times of crisis. It is a hotline only open during crises, but provides families with a number to call if they are not able to make it to the Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC), located at the Hub on Miramar Way.
