Why is it so hard to reach the Miramar Travel Office by phone? Going to the office just to ask a simple question about The Lifetime National Park Passes means standing in line then speaking to someone who does not have a clue. Suggest a new phone service be implemented with focus on customer service & with important infor on the National Park Service on hand at all times. Thank you.
