The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) Camp Foster office is a non-profit, volunteer service organization, that uses both financial and non-financial resources to assist Marines and Sailors during emergency situations. NMCRS helps clients improve personal financial skills through budget counseling and workshops.

NMCRS assistance includes:

Quick Assist Loans (QAL) up to $500
Education Assistance
Budget for Baby
Emergency Travel
Disaster Relief

The NMCRS Society also offers volunteer opportunities for service members, dependents and civilians.

  1. The Relief Society on Foster is incredible. They have finance classes and a budget for baby class. They also give some great advice about how to take care of your debt and budget problems. I appreciate that their service is confidential and free.
