House of Pain (North) Fitness Center - Camp Hansen

Hansen House of Pain North is a two-story fitness center with weight & cardio room on the first floor and a 8,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art martial arts room on the second floor. The North Gym is equipped with judo mats, heavy bags, water bags, Thai bags, speed bags, double-end bags, Focus Masters, stability balls, BOSU balls, medicine balls, power bands, jump ropes, grappling dummies, plyometric boxes, personal protection equipment, striking pads, stretch machines, MCMAP gear, Ab Coasters as well as a boxing ring. The North Gym also has a softball field.
