Operator & DSN Connection

Dialing certain on-base DSNs from an off-base Japanese cell phone requires you to first call the on-base operator, then enter the 7-digit DSN number upon hearing the dial tone. The DSNs which require the operator connection include 637, 636, 625 and 643.
