The McChord Fitness Centerat McChord AFB features:

Cardio equipment, weight room, Hammer Strength machines, Life Fitness Signature Circuit and a stretching/abdominal room.
Basketball/volleyball courts and racquetball courts.
Outdoor skating rink for rollerskating/blading.
Fitness classes at the adjacent McChord Fitness Annex (check out the class schedule).
Recreational and fitness swimming for all ages at the McChord Outdoor Pool during the summer months.
