Not accommodating to deploying members. Often you get no response on the phone and leaving a message that goes unanswered. They don't schedule out past certain dates and have nothing to really offer before. This kind of customer service would never be accepted in civilian care.

Dental is spot on. Always a pleasant experience. Same for aviation medicine. But God forbid you ever need to perform a special duty screening. It has been almost a month and I'm still waiting. And recently, getting someone to answer the phone, even in the middle of business hours, has proven an almost impossible task. I have tried to make a formal complaint but there is no accountability, so any complaint falls on deaf ears.
