The NAS Jacksonville (NAS Jax) Main Exchange (NEX) is located at the corner of Child St. and Birmingham Ave. adjacent to the NAS Jacksonville Commissary.
Like most other large Exchanges, the NAS Jax NEX departments include cosmetics, electronics, furniture, home & garden, jewelry, watches, shoes, men's and women's clothing, a uniform shop, and tailor shop.

ignorant cashier told me they wouldnt honor a 40% off promo on sleepwear for which there were signs posted all over the store I ask for a mngr and a girl comes over and LIES TO ME saying the she IS A MNGR when her name tag clearly read CASHIER. SHE also tells me that they wont honor a discount posted on every rack in store cause the sale didnt start til the following day 10 min later i get a mngr who immediately says “of course honor the discount” I paid 10.49 price was 14.99 40% off DO THE MATH

Avoid this exchange until late fall 2015. The parking lot and some of the inside are being redone and it is a bit of a mess.

Loved this NEX. Very clean and decent size. Carries a lot of brands. Good sales. Next door to food court and commissary.

Well maintained and stocked NEX. One of the better exchanges I've used. Commissary is next door with a food mart in between.
