I have my 6-month old daughter at the Dam Neck CDC and I adore both of her teachers (Mrs. Gloria and Mrs. Alicia). They both have prior experience and love what they do! I also love that that are both bilingual (Spanish and Tagalog) The CDC follows the strict guidelines for all procedures (hand washing, nutrition, age appropriate activities, documentation) and the caregivers receive regular trainings on a broad spectrum of topics.
