  1. Had an appointment to replace wife's expired ID. From the minute we entered to the time we went back multiple people others came into the ID Office both in and out of uniform. Everyone was greeted politely, and verified they had the required documents with them. The staff processed everyone quickly and politely as they went back to take care of their ID/CAC requirements. I was impressed with how all members of the staff worked to provide great customer service.

  2. PSD on base is the worst customer service, policies are horrible. The Staff are rude and have attitudes. They sit behind the desk and gossip. Very unprofessional, I understand it is a busy place but whoever the supervisor is really needs to take a close look at this place. I don't understand how someone who is locked out of their CAC card who is active duty doesn't take priority over a dependent just trying to get a ID. Every base I have ever been to this is the worst. STAY AWAY!!

  3. Worst service ever! The lady working at the desk on 3/12/[email protected]:55 is very rude! She was arguing with me about my father's ID card expir date, which there isn't one because it says indef. She was of no help, and didn't even try to see what we were there for. She never once got up from her desk to look at the ID. I was very disappointed to see how we were treated but mostly my father who is a retired Vietnam veteran, but I guess when you are not active duty you get treated differently. Very sad.

  4. I've been divorced twice already. I just got married again and i have to give PSD Oceana copies of both of the divorce decrees. Also, I have to give them a copy of a "WARD" package that I just had filed in that same office in May 2017. By far the worst PSD in the Fleet. The absolute worst customer service at the ID Card/DEERS lab as well. I can't make this up, they will agree with the negative comments as well.
