Pass & Tag Office

The Pass and ID section at NAS Pensacola is located in Building 777 at the NAS Pensacola main gate. You may register your vehicle during normal working hours Monday through Friday. You must present vehicle registration, proof of insurance, valid drivers license and current ID card to register your vehicle on base.

Visitors must obtain visitors' passes from the Visitors' Center. If visiting after-hours, guests must be escorted by an ID card holder.

Temporary passes are also issued under limited circumstances and after hours by officers at the Main and West Gates. Personnel must still present all required information to receive a temporary pass.
