The Package Store and Mini Mart at Naval Base San Diego are located in the services shopping center area of the Main Exchange (NEX). The Package Store has inexpensive beer and liquor, in addition to other basic items.

staubachThe Package Store on dry side NBSD is great! They have a huge selection of beer, wine, and liquor and the prices are lower than anywhere else I've been, including BevMo. Definitely stop in to stock up before your next party or game.
