Training Support Center (TSC) at Naval Base San Diego provides centralized student management and support to Naval Education and Training Command Learning Sites in the southwest region:

Surface Warfare Officers School Learning Site, San Diego
Submarine Learning Center Detachment, San Diego
TSC provides personnel support for foreign, students as well as ship's pre-commissioning crews temporarily assigned to Training Support Center San Diego.
TSC is also the POC for all student related issues, TSC serves as the POC and coordinator for all facilities and computer related issues involving classrooms and staff offices for these sites.
