The Base Chapel at Naval Station Norfolk known as "Flagship Chapel" offers Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, and Islamic services; chaplains "facilitate" for those of other religious traditions finding them a chaplain or religious profession according to their faith tradition when requested. Two of the chapels are on the 2nd deck of Frazier Hall, which stands between the Protestant and Catholic chapels.

The Chapel at Naval Station Norfolk is located at the corner of Maryland and Gilbert Streets, near Gate 2, with Building C-9 behind the chapel facility.

Our Lady of Victory Chapel
Catholic Mass: Sundays – 0930
Catholic Mass: Wednesdays – 1130

David Adams Memorial Chapel
Protestant Worship: Sundays – 1030

Commodore Uriah P. Levy Chapel
Jewish Shabbat "Happy Hour" Spirituality & Good Food: Fridays – 1145
