ID Cards/DEERS and Military Personnel Section (MPF) at Nellis AFB is located on England Ave just off Fitzgerald. The office can process ID Cards and update DEERS records, in addition to other personnel items.
Use the Nellis Life website to start an online appointment.

I walked in on a Wednesday at 11:12 am and was seen at 12:01 pm. The lady who helped me was very friendly and professional. The Appointment Scheduler didn’t work for me. Parking was ok. The office has not been updated for a long time.

The worst MPF I have ever been to in my time in service. Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. One employee actually snapped at my wife when confronting her about an ID card issue and spent most of the time on her phone not caring about her job in front of her. If I could give this no stars I would. 99 ABW needs to get its civilian employees in line.
