The Navy Gateway Inns & Suites at NS Rota offers standard rooms and suites.
Before making your reservation, please check eligibility requirements listed below:
- Active Duty members on TAD/TDY orders and on leave.
- DOD Civilians government employees on TAD/TDY orders and on leave. DOD employees on leave will be required to have their passport, CAC Cards and a proof of leave (leave absence form/SF71/OPM Form 71).
- U.S contractors are authorized on board with approval from ODC Madrid (U.S contractors are not eligible to stay at the lodging facility on base).
- Reservists only on TAD/TDY orders. (Reservists holding only CAC card without orders are not authorized access).
- Retirees holding DD form 2
- Dependents holding DD form 1173
