The Fitness Center at NSA Bahrain has everything you need to get in shape. The state of the art facility offers free weights, nautilus equipment, cardio theater (treadmills, cross trainers, elliptical machines, rowing machines, stationary bikes and steppers) Saunas are also available in both men and women’s locker rooms. Our health and wellness program assesses and evaluates current fitness levels, aides in the development of fitness goals and provides programs and periodic progress evaluations.

staubachThe gym at the Naval Base in Manama Bahrain is phenomenal. Tons of equipment, and enormous facility. Definitely check it out if you're stationed here or passing through.
