Visitor Center & ID Office at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is located just outside Gate 1. The Visitor Center & ID Office processes visitors passes and ID cards.

RMCALPINEI have tried twice to get a pass. The first day the background check computer was down and then at 9:00 in the morning another day, the appointment selection I needed was full for the day. Is there a better day or time that I might have more success with? I am trying become a volunteer at the PNSY Museum. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
