   I have been trying to contact the Randolph AFB Lab and the Patient Advocate office well over 1 week (approximately-10 different numbers) and no return calls from voice messages I have left. Found out the voices messages have not been getting through for over two (2) years!!!!!!!!!! The lab will give out a return Number to call back but you can only leave a voice mail -- but they cannot retrieve them! When you call the Patient Advocate, you get a male MSGT's voice and told leave a msg!

   I needed to reach the Education and Training Office. There is no option that will allow that, and no access to a human.
