The Schofield Barracks Main Exchange (PX) is located on Cadet Sheridan Rd in Bldg 694. It is across the street from the Schofield Commissary and next to Bldg 3320. The Schofield Exchange has a Food Court, Barber and Beauty Shops, Mobile Center, Optical Shop, and more.

Seems like none of the sales staff at customer service have gone through proper customer service training. Called for help on my stolen purse at least 6 times. Asked for the security to take a look at the video footage to see who took my purse. Customer service kept hanging up on me

Super annoyed
Don't bother calling! No one ever picks up the phone! It just rings and rings! You can put in any extension number and no one will pick up the phone!!!! Worst costumer service ever!!!

I called the number posted above (808-622-1773) 7 times at different times of the day and no one answered the phone EVER. Then when the recorded prompts come on it does acknowledge when u key 2 for power zone. It starts you over when you enter 2 for an extentsion. When you enter 1 for customer service, no one answers. Worst customer service ever because it is non existence.
