  1. Submitted online depend ID request on 23 Mar 18, for a stolen ID. on 5 Apr, inquired the status. The person on the phone stated she look into it & call back. No call. Tonight I was out of town & my spouse had to be rushed to the DGMC ER but was delayed because she & driver had to be processed through the vistor center after the arrival of my son with his retired Military ID card. My spouse is on an overnight observation for risk of a heart attack. Why the delay of Depend ID cards?

  2. July visit disappointing. Spouse's ID lost and tried to get replacement. It seem an expired ID card is not a valid document to issue new one. notwithstanding photo, DOB, ID number or SSN,, on it. Her Drivers License expired years ago. passport expired. Can't refill prescriptions. Have a DMV ID for her, but no second photo ID to use. A new spouse only needs one photo ID, a 40 year spouse MUST have 2 PHOTO IDs ??? How inflexible and dispassionate is that? Retired ID 1126116361
