The Open Recreation (Open Rec) Program at Travis AFB is for youths ages 9-12 years. Open Rec is an after school enrichment program. Youth members attending Open Rec are expected to sign in and out on AF Form 2043 (Attendance Sheet) each time they enter and leave the program. Open Rec Program provides preteens a safe place to do homework, interact with friends, hangout and play.
