MarnieElena cuts my hair. I drive from Roseville to see her because she does what I ask; respects my wanting scissor cut only. Manages my cowlicks; no need for products in my hair. She works Thurs & Sat. Everyone in the shop is nice. Short silver gray hair has to be cut perfect; she does it.

RochelleWhat a wonderful turn around. The salon is busy, busy; however the services were tended to in a very professional relaxing environment. My stylist and apparently the manager Erica balanced my appointment along with assisting staff with questions and advise on how to deliver the premium services to their clients. The salon is clean and warm. The staff seems to have improved dramatically in customer service and there is no signs of "preschool" behavior. Worth the drive from Sacramento

Got a color treatment from Rachel. She was so sweet and did such a great job! I didn't know what it was called and I showed her pictures of what I wanted. She knew it right away, and gave me a beautiful Balayage hair color that literally looked exactly like the picture I showed her. Totally impressed and for a very good price too!

been a regular customer...since I am not picky...I have no complaint so far until today. the receptionist said I have to wait 15 mins until the latina hairdresser is done with her elderly customer. my waiting hours extended 30 mins because the hairdresser kept on engaging her customer in an unnecessary chat by showing her FB acct...exasperated, I stood up, walked to the receptionist, complained and told her I am not having my haircut anyway. poor customer service....
