Karen MalebrancheI visited Arrowhead Pharmacy Oct 13th and had the worst reception by a pharmacy tech I have ever had. The tech was curt and her attitude and tone of voice were very condescending. My number was called to her window, she said " I did not push the button, your number is not at my window! " The speaker called the same number - she said it's not me, but it was. She was extremely rude. It saddens me for military medicine to have her on staff.
