Patient Relations

Patient Relations Service (PRS) provides liaison between beneficiaries and/or their family members and WRNMMC staff to facilitate optimal quality healthcare; promotes respect and support the Rights and Responsibilities of the patient. Educate and advise patients on the proper hospital policies and procedures.
